Estate agents LLJ Property have opened their 2,000 sq. metre Abu Dhabi headquarters in the Al Jazira Club complex.

Centrally-located on 4th Street, and between 17th and 19th Streets, in one of the capital’s leading sporting venues, the offices have 1,200 sq. metres of office and showroom space to house the ever-expanding LLJ team with another 800 sq. metres to offer a fully serviced business centre.

Linda Loughnane, Managing Director of LLJ Property, says that: “This move is significant for LLJ. In just over two years we have grown from a staff of five in less than 200 sq. metres of space to become the estate agent of choice in Abu Dhabi with over 50 employees and a 2,000 sq. metre headquarters. Our new premises will enable the company to grow further and allow us to offer an enhanced service to our new and existing clients.”

In response to the current demand for office space in the city, the company has also established the LLJ Property Business Centre. Offering 800 sq. metres of fully serviced offices ranging from 1 to 3 desks, the business centre provides an immediate short to mid-term solution for companies wishing to expand or set up business in the city.

“The close proximity to our office and showroom means that the business centre clients will have the benefit of immediate access to new property releases and other investment opportunities,” says LLJ Sales Director Lubna A. Al-Ruzeiqi. In another first, LLJ Property has created a 640 sq. metre showroom for developers to use to build showflats. “In a market where sales are off-plan, a showflat which demonstrates the size and layout of a typical apartment really helps clients visualise what they are buying,” comments Jane Woods, the LLJ Director of Business Development. “The developers we are working with are excited by the opportunity to actually show clients how their apartment will look and, as the projects progress, clients will be able to re-visit the showflat and see actual finishes.”The showroom will also be used for new property launches.

The move to the new headquarters, represents the beginning of a phased expansion plan which has also seen a recruitment drive. The latest appointment to the team is Andrew Covill, former UK based Sales and Marketing Director for Ballymore Properties Ltd.

As Head of Sales, Andrew brings with him more than 17 years experience in UK and international property sales and marketing. He will be heading up the rapidly expanding multilingual LLJ Sales Team.
